Family Fun Day Itinerary
An example itinerary for your day could be as follows:
10:30 Car Park Opens – Car parking stewards ensure structured and safe car parking for all delegates (VIP and Special needs guests are parked closer to the entrance).
11:00 Registration and Event Opens – The event officially opens and guests are welcomed by the smiling faces of the registration team. All games and activities are open and in full swing for the rest of the day, while background music helps create an atmosphere and the professional compere keeps everyone informed of what is happening.
11:30 Central Arena Attraction – Falconry Display - Take time to watch the fantastic Falconry Display where several birds of prey swoop and fly over the arena to finally land on the handlers or even your glove. After the show go to the petting area to see the birds close up.
12:00 BBQ is served.
13:30 Central Arena Attraction – It’s a Knockout - Guests watch their family and friends participate in this wet and hilarious show. The compere ensures all those participating and the crowd have great fun, as music is played during the games to keep spirits high and bodies moving.
16:00 Event Close - After a fun filled day, its time to go home. As guests depart they have an opportunity to sign the guest book and the children can receive an exciting goodie bag as a final souvenir of the day.
