This exciting water based group Team Building event is sure to bond your team as they complete challenges and build their rafts before setting sail in the Grand Finale.
Using a map to navigate their way around a lake, a selection of both physical and mental challenges will await the teams. Completion of these will earn teams the vital funds that will enable them to buy the barrels, paddles and other essential items to ensure they don’t get that sinking feeling when they board their raft.
Once teams have completed the raft building, the Grande Finale will begin at the sound of the hooter as team’s race across the lake. Who will cross the line first to be victorious?
This challenging and competitive activity will inspire teams to work together to ensure success. It will test their ability to communicate and make decisions under pressure whilst encouraging teams to build relationships and have fun.
